Growing up with parents as chefs, it’s no surprise that I love trying new recipes for cooking and baking. Ironically, my culinary education is primarily self-taught. I have my parents’ genetics to thank for my acute sense of smell and strong taste buds, and my own formal education in the schooling system for the creativity, attention to detail, and other fun-datory skills of a developing chef.
It’s broken in two different sections: cooking and baking. I love trying new recipes, but as my posts accumulate, you’ll most likely notice a trend of stir-fries. It’s my favorite style of dish to make. As for desserts, with a preference of savory over sweet, don’t be surprised when your desserts evoke taste buds beyond the sweet one.
